Danielle Bregoli, who is better known by her stage name as Bhad Bhabie, is an emerging American rapper and social media influencer. Since she became a viral sensation for her line “cash me outside, how ’bout dah?” on the Dr. Phil show, she has gone on to garner millions of followers. Today, she has utilized that same following to start a career in hip hop starting with her debut single called “These Heaux”.
Early Life
Danielle Bregoli was born March 26, 2003. She is the daughter of Ira Peskowitz and Barbara Ann Bregoli. Her parents had Bregoli when they were still dating and as a result, his father decided to leave when Bregoli was just an infant.
Her father currently works for the Palm Beach Police Department though the young Bregoli is out of contact with her father. Growing up without a father through a single mother is a reason that has been presented by many as to some of her unusual behavior.
Career
Dr. Phil had similar guests in his previous shows as well but this particular show with Bregoli shined out. This was mainly because of an incident during the segment where Bregoli felt very irritated when the crowd laughed upon a comment that she made. In her own accent, she said “Cash me ousside how bout dat”, as a threat. She repeated this several times and coming out of the show became an instant internet meme.
Within days, people started to follow the young girl without any real intention. This in a way became a path for Bregoli to become a social media personality. She later made a song about this meme which came out better than anyone would have expected and even entered the Billboard Hot 100.
In 2017, she was even nominated in the trending category at the 2017 MTV Movie & TV Awards. Her following was now in the millions and it got even bigger after collaboration videos with star Logan Paul as well as controversies surrounding law suits she did, including Walmart.
Her debut single was “These Heaux”, which was released on August 26, 2017. With her large following, she became the youngest female rap artist to debut on the music chart. This was a big success for Bregoli and gave her the confidence for a push as a rapper. She currently has a multi-album deal in place with the record label Atlantic Records. One of her most recent hit songs include “Gucci Flip Flops” which features the rapper Lil Yachty as well. Some of her other hits include “Hi Bich” and “Who Run It”.
