Mamathi Chari is an Indian Actress and Television personality working primarily in the Kollywood Industry. Recently, she became one of the contestants of Big Boss Tamil Season 2 which is to be hosted by Kamal Hasaan.
Chari was born on February 4, 1988 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. She studied at Sacred Heart Matriculation Higher Secondary School and later attended a college called I.P. Pavlov.
The 28 year old made her debut in the TV program called Hello Tamizha. Previously her work also includes being an RJ where she hosted radio shows. The highlight of her career in the radio industry has been her stint in the shows called Big Vanakam and Big Alarm Shows in FM 92.7. Her beautiful voice and the articulate way she speaks about different topics has led to her getting one opportunity after another.

This season is set to have 16 housemates with 60 cameras. According to officials of the show, its motto is to find who is the good guy and who is the bad guy. The filming will be done in a lavish house in Chennai City with its commencement happening on 17 June, 2018.
