Deformed belly button
It’s been a hot topic for a long time, thanks to video footage of Stamos on Jimmy Kimmel reading fans’ “hate tweets” about him. He’s also made appearances on talk shows to flaunt his peculiar trait. But every now and again, the subject comes up again, and it’s evident that something is wrong with Stamos’ stomach. According to a TMZ interview with John Stamos, his belly button is “deformed.” He admits that his outie has a problem, and it appears to be unusual. The fact is, every belly button is different, and just because some people think Stamos’ belly button is unpleasant doesn’t indicate he’s unhealthy. Despite fans’ concerns over his appearance, he appears to be in good condition.

Ethnicity and Early life
Stamos was born to William “Bill” Stamos, a second-generation Greek-American restaurateur, and Loretta in Cypress, California. His surname is Stamatopoulos, which he inherited from his father. Stamos worked in his father’s restaurants as a child and as a teenager in the Orange County area flipping burgers. He was a member of the marching band at John F. Kennedy High School. He saw his first Beach Boys concert when he was 15 years old, and went on to tour with them later. His parents encouraged him to pursue his dream of being an actor, and despite plans to enrol at Cypress College for the 1981 semester, he skipped the first semester to focus on his acting career. He won his first part on General Hospital after only three weeks.
Career
In late January 1982, Stamos made his acting debut as Blackie Parrish on the soap opera General Hospital, for which he was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award in 1984. In April of that year, he landed the main part in the CBS sitcom Dreams, in which he played an aspiring musician in the same-named band. Later, he co-starred with Jack Klugman in the sitcom You Again? Never Too Young to Die, an action spy film starring Kiss bassist Gene Simmons, was Stamos’ first feature in 1986. Though it was meant to be a “young James Bond” picture, it featured former Bond actor George Lazenby as Stamos’ character’s father.

Full House, an ABC sitcom that premiered in the late 1980s, eventually became a hit, solidifying Stamos’s career. According to show creator and executive producer Jeff Franklin, he requested that the character’s surname name be Katsopolis to reflect his Greek origin. He portrayed Jesse, a main character on the show who lived with his brother-in-law Danny, whose deceased wife was Jesse’s older sister. Joey, Danny’s best friend, also lives with them in the house. Danny’s three little girls are cared for by the three of them. Jesse was known as the “bad guy” until he met and married Rebecca Donaldson, with whom he has twin boys, Nicky and Alex. The series came to an end in 1995, following eight seasons.

Stamos was cast as Carl Howell, a new love interest for Emma Pillsbury (Jayma Mays), in season two of the television show Glee, on June 8, 2010.
